Sonar properties #333

Following this PR https://github.com/jhipster/generator-jhipster/pull/9423 by @avdev4j

As we override the common sub generator, we need to add this new file too.

As we just add files in the common subgenerator, we inherit from common main generator sonar property files. Sonar analysis is thus functional.
