What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Separate Volume up/down/mute softkeys on screen.

What version of android-vnc-viewer are you using?

Latest market

Which VNC server/version are you using?  On which platform?

Ubuntu 13.04 Vino

What is the size of the desktop you are trying to access (i.e. 1024x768,
1920x1080...)?

1024x768

What device are you using?

LG myTouch with Android 2.3

Are you using a custom ROM?  If so, which? No

Please provide any additional information below.

Thank you! I control my tv computer from the phone and sometimes it gets loud, 
or quiet, or a phone call comes in.
