Chromecast does not support secure connections (Plex) #592

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Update Plex Media Server to latest revision
2. Configure Plex Media Server by web ui: Settings -> Network -> set "Secure 
connections": Required
3. Open Plex client on Android/iOS, connect to Chromecast-under-test
4. Select and play media - Chromecast displays error "selected media cannot be 
played"

The expected behavior is that Chromecast plays the media normally, just as it 
does when the connection is not secure.

This is not an issue with the Cast SDK. Please contact Plex support for further 
assistance and if they can confirm that it's a Cast issue, we will decide what 
steps to take next.
