Filename with odd characters #14

2 of the files do not download due to "odd" characters in their names. Also, some filenames have '%' in them, presumably because HTML doesn't allow the character that it should be, but means that wallpaper won't show because of that.

There are 2 files near the beginning of the list with Chinese/Japanese/etc encodings (3 byte utf-8), but the filename has not been encoded correctly.

There are currently approx. 200 files that either won't download or won't display due to incorrect filename construction.

I'm going to assume that the other files that do not download from your image list is that they're not all available in all image sizes.
