• Same person can answer the same survey multiple times, which should not be the case for a survey application.
• The issue from iteration 2 remains unresolved. When creating a new survey and setting the "Question Type" to "Text," an error occurs when entering text after clicking "Add Question”.
• The team noted last iteration as a preparation phase for this iteration. So I mentioned that I would expect more featured to be implemented in this iteration. However, not enough user stories have been implemented.
