If you look at the examples given for this category it lists:

The first example is: Phospholipase A2 homolog crotoxin acid subunit CA from Crotalus durissus terrificus (South American rattlesnake): This rattlesnake venom component is not toxic in itself but potentiates the lethal potency of the other two constituents of a heterotrimer: CA and CB which are lethal presynaptic neurotoxins that block neuromuscular transmission

The language of this term should be altered to eliminate "virulence factor" or this term cannot be used as intended for snake venom components

Suggestion for name change: (potentiates activity of effector molecule that acts in another organism)
