Have a library of style directories #323

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We have multiple styles for different courses floating around: Data Trail, ITCR, and AnVIL for example.

We need to have a better structure for how these are organized and how to deplot a particular style.

I think how we might want this to work, is have the same file names for all style set ups but then split them into their own directories that one can drop the files into the assets folder to "activate" a particular style.

This is going to break a lot of things temporarily I'm afraid. But it will have a better, clearer way to change style.
