Problem with check URLs #141

I am getting a recurring error upon pull request at the check broken urls step. This is affecting both course repos I am currently working on:

I don't think there are any problematic urls...

There's another weird URL check: https://github.com/jhudsl/Ethical_Data_Handling_for_Cancer_Research/actions/runs/5535825669/jobs/10102656082

So apparently the bug fix didn't fix everything. @howardbaek Do you want to add this to your list? Would be good for getting more familiar with OTTR.
