cannot use Archive Browser due to missing permissions in appstore version. non-appstore works fine #831

Hello paracelsus,

I purchase The Archive Browser yesterday but have some problems I'm unable to
solve on my own.

Everytime I try to open an archive through "dobble-click" or "open with" I get
the message

"The Archive Browser needs to search for more parts of this archive, but
doesn't have the permission to read the folder. To Allow the Archive Browser to
read the folder simply click "Search". This permission will be remembered and
the Archive Browser will not need to ask for it again."

But after clicking "Search" the programm just closes.

I checked the reports of my mac and discovered this feedback:

"01.06.15 13:52:33,212 sandboxd[195]: ([38990]) The Archive Brow(38990) deny
file-read-data /Users/name/folder/archive.rar"

OS is Yosemite 10.10.03.
I've tried to Reinstall the programm - same error message.

I've tried the exact same thing with your non-sandbox version and it works
absolutely fine.
So I think it has something to do with the App-Store version. (Maybe similar to
this https://code.google.com/p/theunarchiver/issues/detail?id=758)

I hope you have a solution for my problem, or as alternative give me
instructions where I can find the licence key in the Appstore to use it with
the non-sandbox version, as I really like the archive browser but this bug
makes it nearly useless.

thank you and best regards
David

I have seen this reported but do not yet have a fix for it, unfortunately.

If you send me an email I can send you a key for the non-App Store version
instead.
