Why are the changes necessary?

This PR adds unit test cases for settings menu form component.

What does this pull request cover?

This branch includes all the changes of PR (#366) as this is a continuation of the above mentioned PR which is not yet merged to master branch.
Unit test cases for settings menu form.
Custom render method in test-utils file, to include theme provider and redux store, to make this available globally for all tests.
