Dump first log hangs after config section

APM1, 2560, board 1.4.
MP 1.2.[12-19].
APM 2.7.3, 2.8.1.

Most(*) of the times trying to dump the first log fails.
Using the terminal and "dump 1" just shows the config section and hangs 
indefinitely when it should get the actual log data.

Tested with default log settings and in addition with MOTORS logging enabled. 
Same result.

Tested from a no logs state and with multiple logs on the APM, same result. 
Also tested with a single log on the device - same.

* - I say "most" of the times, but actually cannot remember a single time when 
download all logs actually worked. It always hangs on the first one.

Never had issues with logs 2,3, 4 ... etc.

I did yet another test. Had 2 logs on the APM. Both from 10 second test flights 
at home.
Tried to download the first and just left it. After about _15 minutes_, this is 
the log that I got back :

AAs per usual it stuck after getting the config section of the log, but I did 
not monitor it after.

Can't see this issue on APM 2.5
If this is still a problem on MP 1.2.31 / APM SW 2.9 then please resubmit it on 
the new isues list (see below)
