android market crashing #76

Android market latest version 3.1.3 craahes after working for 10 sec.

1.open market from home screen 
2.browse or search in market (i was searching for "tron"
3.get a loading circle and then maket closes and a popup comes up saying 
process com.android.vending.apk has stopped unexpectly (force close)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
market responding properly.

Have you tried to make a full wipe, flash again the ROM and test again the 
issue?
yes same problem recurring

Same issue.  After installing the ROM 4 times same problem.  About 10 seconds 
after running market app I get:

The application Market (process com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly.  
Please try again.

Even downloaded market APK and reinstalled, same thing.  I can however download 
market apps when accessed via external links.

I had this problem previously but found a method which seemed to resolve the 
problem (even though it seems not related in any way).

1. Go to Settings->Language & keyboard
2. Select English (United States), do so even if it is already selected
