Can't get Cheat/WiiRD Codes to work with Pokemon XD: Gale Of Darkness #139

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Every time I load the game from my SD Card with the "Cheats" and the MemCard
Emulation settings turned on.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I want to be able to have my WiiRD Codes working, so that I can have things
like infinite Money and other misc. codes. My GCT file has an infinite money
code activated in it, and it doesn't require any button presses to work, and
every time I load the game and check the amount of money I have it is still the
same low value that it was the last time I loaded the game.

What revision of Nintendont are you using? On what system Wii/Wii U?
I don't know what revision it is but I downloaded the latest one on 12/17/2014.
I am using a regular Wii, not a Wii U.

Please provide any additional information below.
I have the GXXE01.gct file, i just don't know where to put it. And when I try
the "Cheats Path" setting turned on as well as the "Cheats" setting turned on,
it gives me an error that says that it is "missing sd:/". Can someone please
explain to me how exactly I can use cheat/WiiRD codes with Nintendont? I'd
really like to be able to load my game with the codes/cheats turned on from USB
Loader GX if someone could explain to me how to do it that way.

I've attached my nincfg.bin file as well as the GXXE01.txt file and the
GXXE01.gct file.

I forgot to mention that the format that I have the game on my sd card is a
compressed iso that I made with DMToolbox, and the fact that the iso is
compressed doesn't seem to affect the gameplay at all, but if you think that
using a compressed iso might be the reason as to why the codes aren't working,
please let me know.

Have you tried loading the game from a .zip file extracted iso? (Ex:
Emuparadise.com, GCN iso section, download game zip, extract game iso from zip,
rename the .iso file to 'game' in folder of game name. (this is how i load my
games on Nintendon't, without the USBLoader GX, because i don't know what that
is or does.) It might work, but i don't rally know if it will. I'm just trying
to help. :P
