File dialog after fresh install

File dialog after fresh install #5

When installing on a new machine and running for the first time, the file dialog opens. Reproduce:

On new machine, install TreeTime,
start TreeTime.

Expected:

TreeTime starts with an info dialog,
hitting the [New] button opens a dialog for template selection, hitting the [OpenFile] button opens a dialog for file selection.

Observed:

TreeTime starts with file open dialog,
on [Cancel] the info dialog comes up,
from here TreeTime behaves as expected.
