Level Editor: Sometimes when using the terrain editor and toggling brush type, there's a significant lag spike. #19

This happens in height map mode. Lag spike freezes the editor for around 4-5 seconds. This seems to only be more noticeable if the terrain height map is of a larger size than 1024
