D600 + Galaxy S3 no zooming on fingermoves on screen #167

Open GoogleCodeExporter opened 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Simply connect D600 with OTG cable.
2. When touching the screen AF works perfectly, but no finger movement can
change the zoom of the lens.
3. You simply can not change the zoom of the lens. An icon for that would be
welcome.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens when fingers move toward each other or the other way around.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

0.30.30
Please provide any additional information below.

Sorry for late answer, my fault not seeing there are more open issues.

Not sure what you mean with this. There are buttons for changing the live view
zoom.

The problem is, that AF works fine, but I can not zoom with the lens.

Think I know what you mean, probably I forget to update the live view zoom
property for the new models (5300, 610 and Df).
Will see to fix this.

Actually I still don't know what you mean with you cannot zoom with the lens.
There is no way to control the objective zoom ring.

If you are referring to live view zoom, then while in live view in upper left
corner there is a small button for zoom, and you can also access the live view
zoom property from the property screen (press the exposure display in the
bottom center).
