This was added by brbatwork to provide automatic dependency resolution using Ant + Ivy2

This change wouldn't merge w/o conflict after accepting jlavallee/JMeter-Rabbit-AMQP/pull/3. I cherry-picked @brbatwork's changes in, please holler if I missed anything. Thanks!!

It appears that the README.md updates weren't merged - I'll make those changes and submit a separate pull request. At that point build/installation instructions should be up-to-date. Thanks!
