Tag Overload #211

I am wondering if anyone has experienced tag overloading on their gateway when using these faceplates? We are running into the issue of severe tag overloading, and it's causing our screens to lag, freeze and not respond. We have played with the tag groups, but we haven't had much luck improving the performance.

Hey @jbutle55 - we did find a solution to this. We currently have 1.7 million tags on our gateway and dont have any issues.

Here is a link to the driver we are using. It is a 3rd party driver but its solid and a cheap solution. You should be able to run a trial version of the driver to confirm it fixes your issue. https://forum.inductiveautomation.com/t/automation-professionals-ethernet-ip-communication-suite-v2/68190

Something else to note, you will need to export your ACD file to an L5X, do a search for "AccessNone" and replace to "ReadOnly". This should be noted somewhere in the manual but its easy to overlook and it definitely makes a huge impact.
