Work done:

[x] created property dictionary
[x] added a handle to a property dictionary in the node of the hierarchical tree

Fixes #90

File .travis.yml contains an if..else..condition involving python2.7 that we don't need anymore. Only the latest Miniconda3 is needed now, I think.
