Account table

(/) Enhance the user table with new fields to define:

• type of the user: admin, user
• account_uuid

(/) Set as admin the users created from sign ups.

(/) Create an account table to store information related with an account:

• uuid
• plan (free, etc)
• periodicity (free, monthly, yearly)
• removed (boolean)
• created_at
• updated_at
• removed_at

(/) New accounts will be free plan with free periodicity.

When a user with role admin is removed:

• the boolean field "removed" of the account table is set to true and the removed_at field shows the date
• the boolean field "enabled" of the users table is set to false and the updated_at field is updated with the date
