Branch gh-pages obsolete? #29

Is there anything used in the stale branch gh-pages? On a quick glance it seems all auto-generated and 4 years old. Maybe it would be better to discard and generate a new GitHub pages branch if you want to maintain it.

Likely some experiment, deleting. For now readme is enough
