changes

• better scoped regex (control-words are only on line-start; limited quotes to stay within one line)
• allow lower/mix cases on keyword (updated tests accordingly)
• fixed comments highlighting, allow empty comment-lines
• new icon (with reference .svg)
• added language-configuration.json with basic bracket-coupling and comments (now properly toggles on [Ctrl+/])
• added common manual extension, .{1-8}
