@angmelanie and @swynes : Hello ,I seem to have accidentally deleted the previous repo for hw01 files while re-shuffling the files for creating new folder/sub-folder structure as a part of hw02. Can you please provide your review comments here.Sorry for the inconvenience caused. [Path for my hw01 files : https://github.com/jmurthy12/STAT545-hw-murthy-janani/tree/master/hw01] [Previous comments provided by you are copied above].
Thanks.
Rewriting this after it was lost in a reshuffle by the author:
Hi Janani, thanks for sharing your readme. Here are some thoughts:
README Your README file contains all the necessary information in a well organized format. You've clearly explained your process for editing the README file, including your workflow on R Markdown. I also like the variety of Markdown syntax that you've demonstrated (bold, pictures, quotations and so forth).
GAPMINDER Your Gapminder file shows that you were able to use R Markdown to begin exploring the Gapminder dataset. I especially enjoyed your clear, concise notes for each chunk of code that you added.
Hope you're enjoying the class!

Hi Janani! Nice to meet you. Thanks for sharing about yourself and your research! Your homework looks good to me. Here are a few specific comments:
README.md Your readme file contains more than 4 aspects of Markdown syntax (links, bold, picture, italics, quotes and points.. etc). You explained clearly the steps you took towards pushing your changes to GitHub and reflected on your experiences thus far. I liked that you added links to the specific documents as well - made it very easy to navigate!
Gapminder Your gapminder markdown file was easy to find/navigate. You executed the code as outlined in the homework tab.
Great work!
@vincenzocoia @gvdr @ksedivyhaley @JoeyBernhardt @mynamedaike @pgonzaleze @derekcho Let's not penalize Janani for this. I gave this the OK.
Hello @jmurthy12 ,
Proper self-introduction: Yes 4 or more aspects of the Markdown syntax: Yes Process report and reflections: Yes Gapminder exploration: Yes Correctly named issue: Yes SHA: No Link to the work to be reviewed: No
Good job. Your repository is clean and organized well. Your README and Gapminder Markdown file looks clean and neat. You used more than 4 aspects of the Markdown syntax including section headers, links, bold, italic, bullet points, image embed, etc. You reported the process you changed the README file in detail. Try to include the SHA and a link to the work to be reviewed in the homework submission issue next time.

SinceI've been re-shuffling my folders to create a new homework folder,I seem to have lost the peer review comments made for hw01 as I've accidently deleted the hw01 repo created initially.Sorry for the trouble,I've asked my peer reviewers to review my hw01 files once again . However,I shall add the peer review comments here for reference. [Path for my hw01 files : https://github.com/jmurthy12/STAT545-hw-murthy-janani/tree/master/hw01] Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused.
