Update to use latest_receipt_info instead of receipt #45

This requires many fewer changes than trying to adapt receipt to work with the new version of apple receipts; just drop some fields

Coverage decreased (-4.3%) to 94.148% when pulling 2f9735b03b47fa181cdd2b1110ed0bdc5539cb54 on alomoves:update-for-new-receipts into aa190df4ea43ecae61521f129cb4825ad54d2397 on jnbt:master.

I did not mean to make this PR here - this was meant to go to our fork. You're welcome to try to use this or a similar strategy though
