This PR adds support for the argument exclude-old-transactions

Coverage decreased (-4.07%) to 94.574% when pulling 776aeeb1535480cfc39da69fca890f8e36610465 on Nerian:support--exclude_old_transactions--option into 2f67da74914dd432805e8e0a81400a250e6f6614 on jnbt:master.

@Nerian if you put some specs in here and had the PR not fail, I bet @jnbt would be more likely to entertain merging this.
