Incorrect Gain levels when converting dsf (DSD) files with multistage conversion #4

Description: peak output level varies from -31dB to -5dB depending on output sanmple rate Affects: All platforms with 2.0.0 pre-release version

When using --singleStage the problem goes away.

Something is wrong with the gain calculations

problem was with the frequency response - setting the transition band too wide in the 1st and 2nd stages
