(just creating separate ticket for this)

With road customiser tool active, train tracks are selectable; undesirable as currently we can't customise them.

Fixed for next release with the following notes:

Tracks's segments are not selectable
Tracks's nodes are selectable as intersections can be customized - though with very limited functionality since tracks limit the directions that trains can take.
