Re-do WOD/FST support to be compatible with modern tools

What version of ftpii are you using?
0.0.20

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install a modern version of DVDx, notice you can't choose patchmii 
install
2. Run FTPii with a WOD in
3. Notice the mount fails

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The mount to succeed, the mount fails

Please provide any additional information below.

That is true.  For now there's a work-around detailed in Issue #80 or on the
http://code.google.com/p/ftpii/wiki/OpticalMediaCompatibility page.

Until ppc-dvd is released this isn't gonna change.  I'm not doing it, so 
closing this
issue.
