Hi Joe, thanks for the information. I am developing the Python version of UIOOPS, and the preliminary version is almost done. I can test this scheme in future as well. -- Yongjie
Happy to see this conversion come to fruition. A heads up that I'll merge this branch into master soon (today?). I'll probably open a new feature branch in the near future for improved ellipse/rectangle fitting, but for now others at OU may be adding support for an additional instrument soon.
Implement and test additional particle image QC (remove noise, shattered pixels) for better ellipse/circle fitting.
