Correct Coding Issues found in Verficiation #73

A number of coding issues were found during code verification.

A32nx_FCU_ALT_inc/_dec
Shorten FCU SPD/HDG/ALT/VS function names by removing MODE
Remove underscore from VS Level-Off
Rename ABRK_AUTOBRAKE and ANTISKID function names. Change _LDGAUTOBRK
Change divider for External Lights
Change OVHD_ADIRS1_nav and OVHD_ADIRS3_nav and _att
Correct MDCUL BTN L2 and BTN X
Move InitVars, InitDsp, AP INFO and FLIGHT INFO to System Functions.
Change STORE_off to STROBE_off
