Issue Information

Steps to reproduce: Enable scaffold and tower and see what type of the hack bypasses

Additional Information: It would be nice to see dedicated configuration options for both of these hacks, as it's not customizable at all and easy to bypass (only the most blatant Scaffold and Tower hacks don't bypass)

It is a bypass though.. I've bypasses scaffold and tower and asked for dedicated options to make them more flexible and to stop the bypasses

I think I already mentioned to Joe in another issue or maybe on the Discord that Scaffold and Tower should have more dedicated options, so I don't see much point in creating another issue.. but whatever, he should try and fix the bypasses before he does anything else
