Allows user to add CSS scripts to a userstyles folder. Files will be automatically loaded as CSS, allowing users to update specific features of Fastmail via CSS

@mdbraber Code looks great!

I have two minor change requests though:

I'd prefer the "User scripts..." and "User styles..." button to be centered in the settings view
The example in the README.txt doesn't change anything visibly for me, would be nice to have an example that has a visible impact
