Fixed v1.0.7
After updating to v1.07, my target txt is null all the time, even after setting FORCE_LEAF_HACK=true FORCE_CERT_GEN=true in config.txt. What else should I change?
Thanks, anyway.

Did you tried to re-update from root manager (I've added additional fixes to ensure target.txt functionality and keep Get_Keybox functionality)
The first 1.0.7 release seems broken as soon service.sh was executed. After moving automated target.txt method into specific binary that gets executed during boot, both Get_Keybox and target.txt working again.
As about "!" and "?" syntax, you can test it now. On my device, config.txt now worked as expected.

There is something weird happening. I'm offered to update from v1.07 to v1.08. After reboot, the version shown is still v1.07. Then, I downloaded the file. its name explicitly states v1.08. Then, I install it and, after reboot, again, v1.07 is there. How come?

Another observation: your service.sh file calls get_keybox at the end, but your bin file has getkb and getkb_boot commands only. Am I missing something?

The observation i posted might not be effective in your v1.08 update, because I keep seeing v1.07 even after explicitly selecting the v1.08 zip file, and being offered an update, to no avail.

Service.sh doesn't need anymore to execute helper.sh since binary called getkb_boot once get started, it will continue to run in the background as soon function complete it's job in the binary. The last part of the binary in getkb_boot contains command to execute helper.sh and re-update target.txt in-real-time
Since that would cause the current shell session to loop if you use it as a command to manually execute it, I've created two binaries to solve this.
One is accessible by shell PATH and can be easly used typing getkb command while other binary is used by service.sh to create a new shell session where it can safely execute getkb_boot and keep it alive for target.txt.
When v1.0.8 gets released, changelog will also be updated explaining what's new with v1.0.8 - from the moment v1.0.8 gets released, spoofed "update" button will not be shown anymore.
Yes, in upcoming updates after v1.0.7, expect TEE fixes
Anyway, it's always good to send logs and screenshots of the issue since the configuration for TEE broken devices has been set in the script but it doesn't work properly yet as expected
