improve program responsiveness #14

pywsd takes several seconds to load. It should load after running argpase to ensure a better UX.
There's a ~1s delay when running python main.py -h before help message is shown. Probably caused by package imports

Tasks:

[ ] run profiler to determine what package import take a long time
[ ] consider the possibility of loading packages, including pywsd, asynchronously
