Can the life-tables be fetched more automatically? Like GisBracketFetcher? #13

If the fetch was automated, that would in turn make it easier to provide data specific to provinces, instead of only Canada-wide data.

I'm going to leave this alone for the moment, at any rate. The web pages have the data embedded in a json data structure, which makes it harder to access.
