Change Order and Default of Location Radio Buttons for Add/Update Item #10

Currently, for adding a new item, the top-of-list radio button is selected by default. However, the bottom-of-list item should be selected by default and at the top.

The order should be (Add Item):

  1. Bottom of List
  2. Top of List

The order should be (Update Item):

  1. Current Position
  2. Bottom of List
  3. Top of List
