Can we upgrade faker to v4?

We previously couldn't because faker.js v4 removed build files from their NPM repository. However, it looks like the change referenced in https://github.com/Marak/faker.js/issues/575 fixes this.

So yeah, feel free to submit a PR for faker.js v4 :-)
