stories should be related to affiliates #26

This will allows us to decouple users from stories so that users are not 
required to derive what 
organization publised a story.  See:

http://code.google.com/p/django-newsroom/wiki/AffiliateRFC

That would create a dependency for stories/models.py to core/models.py, not 
sure what the 
downsides are.
