allow raw html editing #62

javascript requirement is fine for now.  but let's add ability for authors to 
access the raw html from 
the page editor.  

1) add link on layout editor to support viewing html

mandric: with ultimate flexibilty comes responsibility ... just add a note 

johnetynan: we can have an alert when they go into the html editor saying 
they're on they are 
responsible for writing good html

Marco, I was thinking if this is a lot of work we don't need to do it.  I'm 
fine with editing stuff in the admin for 
now on rare occasion.  I realized that this is probably feature creep and 
de-prioritized it.  If it's something really 
easy that's great, otherwise focus on more important stuff.  It's not high 
priority, that's for sure.
