Majority of Gamemodes broken. #9

For some reason, when I start H&S, everyone is classed as Class-D but no SCP's are selected. TeamDeathmatch on the other hand, kills everyone with an "explosion", and that's it, it does nothing else. Outbreak seems to lock a majority of doors, locking guards out of HCZ and LCZ. So far, I've only noticed VIP, PeanutRun, Juggernaut and BloodBath to work without any issues.

Oh, teamdeathmatch SOMETIMES works but not always.

Any errors that're printed to the console that you can provide would be very helpful aswell.
