added some initial skeleton objects and created a button to the class… #2

I'm going to try and merge this into what I had already done, wish me luck, lol

Because this was build from main instead of from the skeleton that was already in progress, it wasn't able to merge nicely. I copied all the new code into the existing skeleton manually, so everything should be there now.
