Wear/Pebble Use explicit PendingIntents for notification actions #1191

Follow up to #1189 and #1190 Use explicit PendingIntents for notification actions

A few intents related to Pebble and Wear could be affected too. https://github.com/jonasoreland/runnerup/pull/1190#issuecomment-2212594559

Wear is disabled in the just approved 2.7.0.1 (requires some rewrite due to ancient Play services, requires someone with a Wear device). Not sure if Pebble is even working. @bhndrcks @Latent-Logic was the issue ever resolved?

I don't think the Pebble support was resolved, I'm still running RunnerUp version 2.4.3.3 as I know that version is working with my watch
