ffmpeg feature missing in lgpl install #129

1rst step: install GStreamer LGPL
gst-inspect ffmpeg tell that there are 479 features

2nd step: uninstall GStreamer LGPL

3rd step: install GStreamer GPL
gst-inspect ffmpeg tell that there is 0 feature

4th step: uninstall GStreamer GPL

5th step: install GStreamer LGPL
gst-inspect ffmpeg tell that there is 0 feature

That's the problem, you will no more be able to use ffmpeg plugin.

I used GStreamer-WinBuilds-LGPL-x86.msi and GStreamer-WinBuilds-GPL-x86.msi 
installation files from this web site. version v0.10.6

Hope it will help people there.
I had very trouble with this issue. ^_^

sorry about that, but it's possible that it's related to Issue 35.
I'm not fully affirmative about that but it could be even if I didn't unearth 
anything by comparing 2 export of registry.
one after step 1 and the other after step 5.
