Link to code.jonwagner.com doesn't work #63

There is a link in the documentation to code.jonwagner.com, which historically (according to Google) appears to have had various useful blog entries. However, the links are all broken and now the site appears to only host spam pages.

It might pay to remove the link from the documentation or restore the site.
