Cannot modify header information error #4

When I save the username options, I get this error: Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /Users/peter/network/wp-content/plugins/wp-plugin-username-restriction-override/network-username-restrictions-override.php:230) ...

I'm using WP 4.9.8, and PHP 7.1.19
