Create a welcome email message when a new user is registered in the platform #434

As user I want to receive a welcome email message when I do a user registration flow so that I can see an email in my inbox

Acceptance Criteria

When a new user is registered I should see a welcome email message in my inbox
Template name is welcome.ftl
Template path is recovery/activate/
All test are passing

Hi @Gulin7 I appreciate you want to contribute to this project; however, this task is bloked by: https://github.com/josdem/jmailer-spring-boot/issues/72 The expectation is to get it done before the next Wednesday, I hope you can find another interesting task to work with: https://github.com/josdem/vetlog-spring-boot/milestone/8 If not, I will let you know when this task is ready for picking it up.

Hi @iishitahere I appreciate you want to collaborate to this project; however, this task is blocked by: https://github.com/josdem/jmailer-spring-boot/pull/74 fortunately it is in code review now, I will let you know when is ready for picking up.
