Enhance: Clarify zip location for Choc/RGB #186

The sofle choc build instructions say:

2 PCBs. Send the zip from /Gerbers/Choc_v2/choc-v2-gerber-pcb.zip to a PCB fabrication service. The PCB should be 1.6mm thick though 1.2mm may be better. Otherwise I used JLCPCB’s default settings only customizing the PCB color. See sourcing.

I followed the link to sourcing, and I grabbed the bottom plate from the releases page like it said. However according to #185, it's very much impossible to use that. Completely my fault but now my keyboard is delayed by a bit while I order new plates (both bottom and top I believe).

I suggest simply adding a small note like "Important: the zips must be the ones in /Gerbers/Choc_v2/, the zips in the release that sourcing references are for the Sofle V2 and will not work for the choc version." would probably be enough, but I would also suggest adding a note in the sourcing page itself, and maybe on the RGB page too.
