I realize now that adding black holes will be tricky:

AI will have to be altered to avoid it (hard)
It will have to damage ships near it (medium)
They will have to spawn with a different system, so it doesn't spawn on players' starting positions.

For these reasons, I'm going to move it out of the milestone.
