Fix authentication #3

Authentication doesn't want to work with http://demo.crt.realtors.org:6103/rets/login

I can't get authentication to work either. No auth problems with http://github.com/adamwiggins/rest-client though.

I haven't tried it yet, but this page says the new demo server is at http://www.dis.com:6103/rets/login

In the pipe fellas. Also, there's a surprise in bin/. Check the description in features/. Please let me know if these auth fixes cause any trouble for you.
