Improve finding other conversations via Help Scout sidebar #15

It would be nice to know how many other conversations are linked to an issue, perhaps by adding a "View All Linked Conversations (1)" link to the sidebar app.

This should be pretty easy - I've got some other work queued for this week, but I'll try to jump on this next week.
